Meet Paul, Co-Founder and Director of Systems and Integration at Rev Equity Group and Co-Founder and COO of Capitallyst Pro. With a strong background in multifamily real estate and fund management, he brings deep experience across ground-up development and value-add projects. Paul has overseen more than $7.5 billion in capital improvement and private development projects and is known for building efficient workflows and systems that drive productivity and results. He lives by the belief that “Great systems create consistency, and consistency drives success.”

Dallon is the co-founder and CEO of Capitallyst Pro. As a seasoned fund manager, Dallon saw inefficiencies in real estate capital raising and co-founded Capitallyst Pro to streamline the process. Since 2018, his expertise has taken him from owning a fourplex to gorund up development and handling multimillion-dollar acquisitions, with involvment in various aspects of approximately $350 million worth of real estate.
