REFUND POLICY:

Capitallyst Pro has a subscription refund policy of 30 days with the following guidelines:

-Refunds are only available for the subscription amount charged within the last 30 days of requested cancellation.

-Refunds can only be processed if the account was unused within the last 30 days of the requested cancellation and refund.


Month-to-Month Plan:

Customers on the month-to-month plan have the flexibility to cancel at any time. If cancellation occurs, the customer will not be billed for the subsequent month, and their access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.


Annual Plan:

Customers on the annual plan have the option to cancel their subscription; however, no refunds will be issued following the 30 day period after renewal. Upon cancellation, customers will retain access to the service until the anniversary of their renewal date. No prorated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the annual subscription.


Cancellation Process:

To cancel a subscription, customers can log in to their account and follow the cancellation instructions provided in the account settings. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle.
